개 요 축방향 압축컬럼 (Dynamic Axial Compression, DAC) 기술은 분취용 그로마토그래피 컬럼을 간편하고 편리하게 충진할 수 있습니다. 컬럼은 유압자켓에 붙어있는 이동식피스톤을 포함하고 있어서 슬러리를 자동으로 주입하므로써 충진이 간편하며, 컬럼고정상을 계속해서 압축하여  일정한 압력을 유지시키기 때문에 컬럼의 분리효율을 극대화하고 재현성을 보장합니다. 만약 충진제의 팽윤이나 수축이 일어나는 용매조건이라면  피스톤은 자동으로 일정한 압력을 유지할 수 있도록 자동으로 움직이게 될 것입니다. 축방향 압축컬럼(Dynamic Axial Compression, DAC)은 어떤 종류의 충진제라도 신속하게 컬럼충진할 수 있으며, 실험실 규모부터 양산규모의 컬럼을 충진할 수 있는 최고의 기술로써  최적의 컬럼의 분리효율을 제공합니다.
