  개 요

튜브연동펌프를 사용하는 자동분주기, 충전시스템이다.

FC32S-1 콘트롤러와  FU4B-1 분주시스템으로 구성된다.

FU4B 분주시스템은 4-채널이 기본구조이며, 적층하여 32-채널까지 확장할 수 있다.

FC32S-1 콘트롤러는 7 인치 터치스크린으로 간편하게 제어할 수 있다.

각 채널은 멤브레인 키패드와 LED 디스플레이를 별도로 가지고 있어 각 채널의 주소설정 및 분주량을 검교정할 수 있다.

SS304 스테인리스 스틸 하우징은 높은 내식성을 제공한다.

One unit has 3, 4 or 5 channels. Max. 32 channels (8 units) are available
Control each channel separately.
Back suction function is available.
Avoid liquid drippage
Each channel is separate.
Control parts adopt inserting and drawing structure.

Flow rate calibration function for more accurate volume
Realize the function of filling stop without bottles
128×64 graphic LCD display and friendly interface
Computer control is available through RS485 communication.

Dispensing parameters can be saved as a parameter set which can be invoked easily without reset it
