Hamilton 주사기펌프는 일반적으로 정확하게 시료와 시약을 이송하는 액체충진 보조시스템 분야에 사용되며, 정밀한 분주가 필요한 공정 및 연속자동분주에 사용됩니다. 주사기펌프는 서비스가 간편한 양변위치환 액체펌프로써 높은 정밀도와 재현성을 제공합니다.액체의 비압축율에 의해 주사기펌프는 표면장력, 점도, 습도, 정수압, 기압과 같은 액체 환경인요인으로부터 영향을 받지 않습니다.
주사기펌프는 1회용 팁과 함께사용하면 에어변위피펫(ADP, air displacement pipetting, micro pipette)과 같은 용도로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 튜빙에 있는 액체는 시스템유체가 되어 피펫팁으로 액체를 흡입하고 분주하는 역활을 하게 됩니다. 이러한 방식으로 사용할 경우 1회용 피펫팁을 버리면 되므로 교차오염의 위험이 없으며, 대용량의 시약을 연속적으로 분주할 수 있으며, 시스템유체를 액체로 씻어낼수 있습니다.

Valve Positioner ; Hamilton Modular Valve Positioners are self-contained, bidirectional valve positioners used for fluid selection and redirection. There are two models to choose from, digital or RS-232 serial, depending on your communication preference for the unit. Both models offer valves with 13 standard fluid paths. Manual Valves ; Hamilton (HV) Plug Valves provide an economical and flexible method of custom-building a fluid flow control system, from a simple on/off valve to a more complex multi-valve arrangement, using a combination of loop and distribution valves. The small valve body with its chemically inert flow path is ideally suited for low pressure applications. All HV Plug Valves allow you to select and interchange a wide variety of fittings, adapters and tubing, including male and female luers, FEP tubing assemblies, and adapters which thread directly into the valve providing an endless variety of valve configurations for any flow application. Hamilton (HV) fittings and adapters are installed finger-tight (10 ounce inches) and provide a leak-tight seal tested to 100 psig.

Several different needle point styles are offered on Hamilton syringe and needle products depending on the application. The correct point style varies depending on the intended application. Below are a few examples of common applications.

Gauge Index ; When selecting a needle gauge it is important to keep in mind the volume of the syringe and the dead volume of the needle. For example, it will be very difficult to prime a 10 µL syringe if the dead volume in the needle is greater than 10 µL. Refer to the gauge index to choose a needle gauge with an appropriate µL/inch before selecting a needle. Select the minimum length that allows you to carry out your application comfortably.

Microliter Syringes;
Microliter syringes are for use with liquids only. They incorporate a hand-fitted stainless steel plunger with a finely bored syringe barrel. These syringes are ideal for homogeneous samples that are not prone to precipitation or bonding with glass.
Under the proper conditions, plunger wear is minimal and the life of a Microliter syringe is almost unlimited. However, when using heterogeneous solutions with a Microliter syringe, the user must be especially diligent about cleaning the syringe after each use. For more information, see our Hamilton Syringe Care and Use Guide on properly maintaining our syringes.
In some cases, even diligent cleaning is not sufficient and the barrel will become soiled. The deposits on the glass will compromise the tight tolerances between the glass and the plunger resulting in a frozen plunger. Plungers for Microliter syringes cannot be interchanged or replaced if damaged. For heterogeneous solutions, a Gastight syringe is the best option.

Gastight Syringes; Gastight syringes are ideal for dispensing both liquids and gases. They have a precision-machined PTFE plunger tip which creates a leak-free seal. With the tight fit, the tip essentially wipes the interior of the syringe barrel free of sample. This feature is particularly useful with heterogeneous samples as it reduces the chance that a deposit will occur and cause the plunger to freeze.

Calibrated Syringes; Hamilton Company offers a calibration service for precision syringes and Digital Syringes. A Certificate of Calibration is provided with the product and the procedure is performed with an unbroken chain of calibrations traceable to N.I.S.T.

Calibrated precision syringes are available only at the time of purchase. To order a calibrated syringe, add the prefix "CAL" to the beginning of the syringe's part number. For example, to order a calibrated 701N, 10 μL syringe (part number 80300), request part number CAL80300.

Digital Syringes ; Reading graduations is always a challenge. The Hamilton Digital Syringe eliminates parallax errors by providing a digital readout on its integrated LCD screen. An adjustable plunger-stop guarantees reproducible plunger placement. Easily achieve precision up to 0.5% while dispensing volumes from 500 µL down to 50 nL.

Carbon Analyzer Syringes; These syringes are for water analysis with Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analyzers. The wetted parts are stainless steel and borosilicate glass. The plungers and barrels are not interchangeable or replaceable.

	LSP 주사기펌프는 설치와 작동이 간편하고 높은 정밀도와 신뢰성을 제공하는 실험실용 표준형 주사기펌프이다.
	주입전용 제품으로 공급되며, 10 µL에서 60 mL 주사기를 장착할 수 있다.

LSP01(04)-1A Syringe Pump Calibration (Release Time：2017-01-06)

The flowrate can be calibrated for more accurate dispense volume.

1. In parameters setting interface, press and turn RES to highlight the Calibration line. Press RES to enter calibration interface.
2. Testing time line is highlighted. Press RES to highlight the numerical value position. Turn RES to select the testing time. The testing time is from 0.5 minutes to 60 hours. Press RES to confirm.
3. Press Run/Pause key to start the testing. After testing, turn RES to highlight the testing volume line. Press RES to highlight the numerical value position. Enter the actual volume from the membrane keypad. Press RES to confirm.
4. After calibration, the linear speed of the Pusher Block changes to increase the accuracy of the dispense volume.

LSP01(04)-1A Syringe Pump Power Up (Release Time：2017-01-06)

This option is only applicable when no dispense volume is selected. When power returns after an interruption the pump can resume operation (select Run) or remain stopped (select Stop).

LSP01(04)-1A Single Channel Syringe Pump Flowrate setting (Release Time：2017-01-06)

In parameters setting interface, turn and press RES to highlight the flowrate setting line. Press RES to make the numerical value position highlighted. Enter the flowrate required from the membrane keypad. Press RES to set flowrate unit. Turn RES to scroll through the list and press RES to select the unit required. Possible flowrate units are µl /h, µl/m, ml/h, ml/m. The highlighted display indicates that this parameter can be changed.

Note: If the number entered exceeds the maximum flowrate possible then the pump prompts the maximum feasible flowrate at the Time position. To continue enter a flowrate smaller than the maximum.

LSP01(04)-1A Single Channel Syringe Pump Volume setting (Release Time：2017-01-06)

In parameters setting interface, turn and press RES to highlight the volume setting line. Press RES to make the numerical value position highlighted. Enter targeted volume from the membrane keypad. Press RES to set volume unit. Turn RES to scroll through the list and press RES to select the unit required. Possible volume units are µl and ml, i.e. microliter and milliliter. The highlighted display indicates that this parameter can be changed.

Note: When the volume setting is zero, the LCD will display the flowrate setting and the pump will run until manually stopped or a stall occurs.
