  개 요

TJ 주사기펌프는 설치와 작동이 간편한 높은 정밀도와 컴팩트한 사이즈의 1-채널 마이크로 주사기 펌프로서 마이크로리터(µL) 단위의 주사기를 장착할 수 있다. 정밀하고 높은재현성을 제공하며 넓은 이동속도 범위 (7.9 µm/min - 79.4 mm/min)는 다양한 요구조건을 만족시킬 수 있다. 수직 또는 수평으로 설치할 수 있는 구조는 현미조작기(micromanipulator) 또는 정위조작기 (stereotaxic) 등 다양한 생물학적인 연구에 적용할 수있다.
TS주사기펌프는 설치와 작동이 간편한 높은 정밀도와 컴팩트한 사이즈의 4-채널 마이크로 주사기 펌프로서, 밀리리터(mL) 표준 주사기를 장착할 수 있다. 정밀하고 높은재현성을 제공하며 넓은 이동속도 범위(7.9 µm/min - 79.4 mm/min)는 다양한 요구조건을 만족시킬 수 있다. 구동부(driver)와 제어부(controller)가 별도로 되어 있으며, 컴팩트한 구조로 되어 있다. 수직 또는 수평으로 설치할 수 있는 구조이기 때문에 현미조작기(micromanipulator) 또는 정위조작기 (stereotaxic) 등 다양한 생물학적인 연구에 적용할 수있다.
대형 LCD 화면에서 회전스위치와 멤브레인키패드를 이용하여 파라메터의 설정을 간편하게 할 수 있다

Programmable Syringe Pump TJP-3A Flow Rates Calibration (Release Time:2017-01-20)

Flow calibration: Operator can get more accurate flow through calibratingthe diameter of syringe barrel.

In work interface and stop state, press RCS to enter menu setting interface,turn RCS to highlight “Calibration”, press RCS to enter next interface, the first line display the programmed flow in current mode; the second line displays the testing time whose range is from 1 to 60 minutes. The third line displays theoretical volume (the product of flow and testing time) or input measured volume directly. The fourth line displays the start/stop and direction state.

Calibration procedure: set testing time first, start pump. Pump automatically stop after the testing time is over, measure the liquid volume and input the measured volume, the calibration is over. If knew the measured volume in advance, operator can directly input the measured volume.

 

Programmable Syringe Pump TJP-3A External Control (Release Time:2017-01-20)

Control the Start/Stop of the pump by external signal, the trigger and gate modes are optional.

In work interface and stop state, press RCS to enter menu setting interface turn RCS to highlight “EXT control”, press RCS to enter external start/stop mode setting interface. Press RCS again to select “Trigger” or “Gate”, press RCS to save the setting.

Industries Syringe Pump & Micro Piston Pump in Spectrometers (Release Time:2015-10-08)

 

Application Introduction:

Identifying the substance and confirming its chemical composition and relative content based on its spectrum is called spectrum analysis. Spectrum analysis has many advantages when compared with other analysis methods: such as its high sensitivity, better selectivity, fast and easy operation, strong anti-interference performance, high accuracy, which has been developed rapidly. The spectrometer, used for spectrum analysis, has become an important piece of equipment in laboratory analysis, it is widely used in air pollution, water pollution, food hygiene, metal industry, etc. Typically, a spectrometer consists of 5 components: a light source, a sample processing system, a wavelength selector, detector and a signal processing system. The sample processing system can precisely and automatically provide samples and reagents, and can promptly remove waste. This ensures accurate analysis results.

 

The Customer Requirements:

1. To ensure the accuracy of the spectrum analysis, the spectrometer always needs automatic sampling system to provide accurate samples and reagents with a stable flow rate. The sample and reagent flow rate can be changed according to the substance which needs to be detected, to eliminate disturbance during transfer. The sampling system should have good chemical and abrasion resistance.  

2. To ensure the high efficiency of the analysis, waste needs to be promptly removed.

3. For the shear-sensitive samples, the sampling system needs to protect the integrity of the sample and reduce damaging.

 

Longer Pump Solution:

1. Longer's Peristaltic Pumps can effectively seal tubing without the need for any valves. And the pumps have wide range of flow rate which can be precisely managed through the speed control. The increasing pump rotor quantity reduces the pulse and maintains the stability of the sample flow. When transferring the samples and reagents, the fluid only comes into contact with the bore of the tubing, this eliminates the contamination between the pump and fluids. By changing the tubing, pumps can transfer different corrosive and abrasive fluids without cross-contamination. With the fixed speed peristaltic pump, the waste could be removed under a stable flow rate. With the variable speed peristaltic pump, the waste could be removed under variable flow rate based on the actual requirement.

Application Introduction:

Identifying the substance and confirming its chemical composition and relative content based on its spectrum is called spectrum analysis. Spectrum analysis has many advantages when compared with other analysis methods: such as its high sensitivity, better selectivity, fast and easy operation, strong anti-interference performance, high accuracy, which has been developed rapidly. When transferring the fluid, the fluid only contacts the bore of the tubing. By using the tubing with good abrasive resistance, the pump can be used to transfer the abrasive liquid. By using the tubing with good chemical resistance, the pump can be used to transfer the corrosive liquid.
Soft particle size<25%*ID (tubing inside diameter)
Hard particle size<5%*ID (tubing inside diameter)

5.Remote control capability of the pump enables the more efficient automatic control system of the laboratory.  
Longer peristaltic pump and laboratorial syringe pump could be controlled by PC or other instruments through RS485 interface or analog signal interface. And the pumps could also output the status signals to other instruments for the remote control. So the pumps could be integrated into the automatic control system of the laboratory, which will automatically complete the experiment.  

6.Easy operation and maintenance of the pump help reduce the cost
Longer peristaltic pump does not need the valves and seals when transferring the fluid, and can run dry without damage.
The only consumable material of peristaltic pump is tubing, which can be changed easily.
The only consumable material of laboratorial syringe pump and dilutor & dispenser system is syringe, which also can be changed easily.
