개 요 MG 마그네틱 마이크로 기어펌프는 높은 기술력을 요하는 적용분야에 적합한 초정밀 소형 펌프입니다. 마그네틱 드라이브 원리는 펌프챔버가 완벽하게 밀봉되어 있기 때문에 다양한 종류의 부식성 유체에 안전하게 에 사용할 수 있습니다.. 펌프 헤드부분과 내부의 금속부는 AISI 316L 스테인레스스틸로 되어 있으며, 기어의 재질은 테프론(PTFE) 또는 엔지니어링플라스틱(PEEK)이 가능합니다. MG 마그네틱 마이크로 기어펌프는 소음과 맥동이 없으며, 낮은 팽창계수(coefficient of expansion)를 갖는 상대적으로 높은 온도의 유체에 적용이 할 수 있습니다. 마그네틱 기어펌프는 펌프헤드의 기어를 구동하기 위한 자석이 내부장착되어 있으며, 모터 샤프트에 연결된 자석이 외부에 장착되어 있습니다. 내부와 외부의 두 자석의 극성에 의한 연결되어 모터의 구동력이 펌프로 전달됩니다. 두 자석의 연결에 의한 최대 결합력(torque)을 초과하면, 구개의 자석이 분리되는 현상이 발생할 수 있습니다. 마그네틱 마이크로 기어펌프는 자력을 이용하여 동력을 전달하여 유체의 누출이 없으며,스테인레스스틸(SS316) 헤드와 엔지니어링플라스틱(PEEK; Polyetheretherketone 또는 PPS; Poly phenylene sulfide) 소재의 기어를 사용하였으며, 테프론(PTFE) 씰(seal)로 구성되어 있습니다. 24VDC 브러쉬모터(brush motoe) 또는 브러쉬리스모터(brushless motor)를 장착하여 소형 전기기계 제작에 적합하며, 220 또는 380VAC 모터 (1상 또는 3상)를 장착 할 수 있습니다. 혈액투석기, 분사기, 분무기, 의료, 정밀화공, 수처리, 인쇄, 청소, 포장, 관장기, 식품가공 등 다양한 분야의 액체이송에 적합합니다.
